What we offer:

• We are a friendly, family-based practice with staff who enjoy working as a team to provide an excellent service for you and your pets
• We are a long-established practice (established in 1945) that has recently separated from the Belper branch of Marshall and Till so that we can focus on the specific needs of our clients and their pets
• We have recently extended our opening hours to increase the number of appointment-based consultations available at your convenience, six days a week
  
• Our team of nurses answer the telephones and staff reception - so they can provide helpful advice and reassurance
  
• We are a training practice for veterinary nurses, with three qualified assessors within our nursing team; this means that our nursing team combine valuable experience with current teaching, providing excellent nursing care for our patients
• Our vets are keen to pursue further study to ensure that they are up-to-date with new techniques and disease prevention
• We have a close ties with referral facilities so we can refer your pet to a specialist if that is required
• Our nursing team run free nurse clinics for our clients, ranging from arthritis management to parasite control, for all ages of pets
  
• We have a clients' carpark at the rear of the surgery, monitored by CCTV
• Our in-house laboratory enables us to process some samples on-site, so we can get more rapid results
• Emergency care outside of our opening times is provided by Vets Now, who we believe offer the best possible out-of-hours care for our clients' pets
